Invisalign offers people a way to straighten their teeth discreetly, which for many, is a very desirable procedure. Another benefit of this treatment is the foods you're allowed to eat are not limited whatsoever. Rather than avoiding certain foods, just remove your aligners when you eat or drink and brush your teeth thoroughly afterwards. Then put your aligners back in.
